Christian has been in the fitness industry for the last 25 years coaching thousands of athletes in 20 different sports, giving hundreds of seminars across the world and writing over 700 articles. He also published 7 books which have been translated in 5 different languages.
Christian always has been an inspiration for coaches around the globe and is always keen to learn the newest studies on different topics in the fitness and health universe.
