Absolutely. Eternal Warrior Supplements Inc. is the business managing the EWS online store.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have completed your order. An order number will confirm everything. If this is not the case, please contact us via info@ews-world.com

Promotions do not apply to previous purchases. No price adjustment will be made.

Any promotional code is only applicable on regular priced items (excluding promotion). However, if your item is at regular price and you are unable to properly apply the promotional code, please let us know via info@ews-world.com Once your order has been placed, we cannot adjust/refund an order with a forgotten promotional code.

Here are the delivery costs applicable according to your order and region.

Canada

Shipping is free on any order of $99 or more. This is accounted for before taxes and after any discount (or coupon) applied, if so.

Some exceptions may apply in remote areas. (See information below)
0-98.99$ = 14.99 $
$ 99 + = Free shipping

Remote areas (Canada)
$24.99 - 59.99$ (varies from the location)

Nunavik
$0-149.99 $ = $39.99
$150+ = $24.99

Orders are processed at all times within a short period of 24-48 working hours (with the exception of spontaneous sales such as Black Friday or Boxing Day).

A tracking number is sent to you when your order is fulfilled in order to allow you to follow it in real time during its transit.

Depending on your region, you will receive your package (after it has been shipped) within 48 to 72 working hours (province of Quebec and Ontario) and approximately 3-7 business days in the rest of Canada.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for certain occasional unforeseen events or delays caused by carriers. The deadlines mentioned above are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

If your order is still "in process", it is possible to send us an email at info@ews-world.com to cancel it. If, however, it is shipped, you must wait for receipt of the order to return it to us (at your expense).

When your order is processed / shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it via the shipping company used (Purolator, Canada Post or UPS).

If the products are not opened, you can return them, at your expense, to the following address:

Once the products have been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the order, less the initial freight charges incurred by Eternal Warrior Supplements (EWS).
